Adding users is quick and easy. The messaging details tab details where the user authenticates against their messaging details to get access to data.
Add your users to a Group. Groups define permissions to data in the database.
Add your users and add them to specific groups. Define access to data by groups.
Users:
Add user information such as name, email address, IM name, mobile number and any custom fields which need to be used.
Groups:
Create groups such as administrator, sales, technician etc and give them different permissions to access data. Move your users in to appropriate groups.
