Mobile Data Now contains the ability to import and export your projects to an xml file.
Export
From within the project you're working on, in the Project Setup tab, click the export button.
If you choose, you can also export Users & Groups and Settings (recommended as a backup).
Click the Save button and the exported project file will be saved to the Export directory within your Mobile Data Now Directory.
Import
Importing a project file is as simple as going to the Projects tab and pressing the Import button and locating the xml file to import. Once this has been imported, the new project will be available to open.
