The messaging info tab is where each named user has their messaging details listed for accessing data. When receiving requests for information, Mobile Data Now checks against these details to see if the user's credentials are listed.
So, for each user, enter their email address, mobile number and any instant messaging networks they will access.
Note: For IM networks, you will first need to set up the relevant network in the settings area before it will appear in the users settings.
Note: You must use the international format for mobile phone numbers otherwise users will not receive queries back.
If a user does not have details listed here, they will not be able to access any data.
