Public messaging lets any member of the public access data in a Group defined only for the public.
Move to the Users & Groups screen and click the Add Group button. Select the Tables and Fields to be accessed by anyone, and select the 'Public Group' tick box. Press Save.
A new public group will have been created and any query created will be able to be used to show the view created by the public group.
