How do message replies work?

Replies to query results can be setup so that the end user is prompted to reply to a question or input more data to receive another result.

For example: Lets say a bank sends back a users bank balance information and in the same message also asks to reply with 'YES' if they are interested in hearing about their loan details. If the user replies 'YES', then the bank is notified and can call back the user to discuss the offer.

Another example could be using free form fields, such as asking the end user to input a policy number. After inputting the policy number, the relevant information is returned.

You could also create a menu type system, where a query is sent to Mobile Data Now and a menu is sent back to the end user with 5 items, the user replies back with item 1 and is sent the relevant information.
