We're starting to make more progress and we should be able to release the next version of Mobile Data Now in 2 weeks time. It will have a completely new user interface, lots of bug fixes and some new features. As I mentioned before, we won't get web services in this build until Julie gets back early September, but then it won't be long after that and we can release it with web services.

We've taken quite a bit of time to enhance usability and make it a nicer app to use. There's some small things to finish up, some back end database migration work and testing to be done.

I didn't realise it but somehow our site got mucked up with viewing in IE6 as a friend told me the other day - things all over the place. Of course I never use IE6 and I soon discovered IE7 wasn't playing ball either. Browser incompatibilities are a nightmare. The new design of the website is compatible with IE6,7,8, Firefox, Safari and Opera and it coming along well. We should have that finished to coincide with the release of version 1.40
